INDUSTRY REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT Cost: $300 per booth and one representative Deadline for industry payment: September 10, 2018 |
NOTE: The registration fee for one primary representative and booth is $300.00. There is a charge of $50.00 for each additional representative, to cover lunch expenses. If more than one company representative is attending, each person must complete a registration form and pay separately, as indicated below.
PAYMENT BY CHEQUE:
1. Each company representative must complete and submit online registration, indicating that payment will be by cheque. The cheque payment can be a single payment that includes the primary registration fee as well as additional representative fees.
